what did I do?

Received digital renders & analyzed them to create comprehensive breakdowns of each set up, ensuring feasibility and execution.

Sourced all necessary props and constructed physical set pieces as required.
Tracked and maintained project budget, provided creative input and innovative solutions to optimize resources and save costs without compromising quality.
Assisted in leading the art department team, delegating tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
Facilitated the load-in and load-out process, ensuring all equipment and props were safely transported and accounted for.
